It was a bad experience. Hotel is still going through maintanence. The lift doesn't work properly. It simply doesn't worth the price

Our bathroom is so dirty there was fungus on floor and walls. Whenever we stayed there theydidn't clean our room. We told them about it so many times. Services was poor. Behaviour of staff was good only that was positive point of this hotel.

Nice rooms. Good location...just near Mall road, Scandal points, Ridge, Christ Church & many restaurants/ eateries nearby. Geyser in the bathroom. Parking facility just below the hotel. Great view from the hotel. The staffs are very polite. Cons: Cleanliness of the rooms need improvement. Room heater, electric kettle, etc. should be provided during winter days.
