The worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life. And this is how OYO Premium hotels look like.nFirst they declined the booking and asked to pay more than the booking amount and accepted only when I cancelled the booking in OYO App.nStaff was extremely rude they don't even care what customer will be experiencing during there stay as the rooms were filled with lizards and cockroachs n dirty as hell. No hotel food will be provided there's some jugaad with nearby canteen is going on.nDon't go with images in OYO App nothing sort of is going to be offered.n@OYO this kind of hotel for Oyo Rooms is fine but categorising this in Premium is the biggest blunder you guys have done.

Worst service , worst room , all furniture broken & taps of washroom leaking !! Very dirty hotel not at all clean & location is just ok !! Many other options available insted staying in this hotel !! Worst hotel i have ever stayed !!

Worst service ever.. Don't book using Oyo, they treat you like they are doing you a favor.. The staff and the ownes are rude, they also don't accept cards or any online payment. The balconies are locked and when we opened the windows the balconies were filled with garbage.. Except for the balconies the rooms were decent, had the owner been nice and welcoming would have ignored all these things..
