It was good lodge, but we have booked online hotel shivtara who have given very bad service, but after many request the manager of hotel shivtara have arranged one room in your lodge for freshness as we have approached at Nanded early in the morning, in that one & half hour we have noticed that your lodge is clean and nice, it is noticed that though the room of shivtara empty on second floor they have not allotted the room and forced us to look another lodge, but unfortunately no room was made available by other lodge, so we have to come back to shivtara, because my son have booked the room online by paying Rs 900/- In short we have very bad experience of shivtara. Hope no one should approached the lodge name as Hotel Shivtara, please convey this message to the manager of hotel shivtara have, Thanks
