I had a three day stay at this hotel in the month of January during my business trip. My reviews -nnPros-n1- Second best option in Nanded for a stay..n2- Decently pricey for the roomsn3- Deluxe AC rooms are good.n4- Early check-in available.n5- They have a resto-bar in the hotel itself which is open till 11pm in the night..n6- You get food n drinks in the room also.nnCons -n1- No hot water available in evening.n2- Room service people are always in swag.n3- Reception person is too rude to talk.n4- If you order coffee they will bring coffee open in cup and not in tea-pot,due to which coffee becomes cold it reaches to you.( Make sure whenever you order - you have to specifically tell them to bring in a tea pot)n5- Food is also not covered. Make sure you tell then to bring the food covered with a plate till your room.n6- No Breakfast included.

Horrible rooms. Broken furniture Infront of the doors. You can't close bathroom doors during shower :-). Staff is unprofessional. Toilet seat horrible, better to go to the forest if you are in urgent. God knows when they cleaned spoons.
