I would like to say how impressed I am from the customer support side of Tanishq . They put the human element into their business and it means a lot to me as a customer. Their selection of products are exactly what I was looking for and more! I found your store while desperately searching for jewels and diamonds for my wedding. I was delightfully surprised at the selection and quality of goods you offer. The quality exceeded my expectations when I saw first hand that I had made the right choice. Your Staff member was very supportive and helpful specially ‘ DIKSHA ‘‘ because her way of presentation and choices of products was very exceptional and this makes us easy for selection . Thanks to Diksha for saving our time and making selection easy and fast as we were very confused .And all of this was followed by her with safe distance while wearing face shields and mask both which I really found excellent.Based on every aspect of my customer experience, TANISHQ has now become my primary source for my jewellery needs! Amazing staff! We were welcomed by Aman and Deeksha, both the girls were polite and helpful throughout the time. And the ambience was nicely kept as it was spick and span. Social distancing protocols we're followed equally.
