Rooms are good no doubt but the hospitality towards customer is too poor.quilt cover,bed linen was dirty, room was not cleaned properly,a touch of dust everywhere. Being a customer you expect hoteliers to be polite but had a very terrible experience with the staff here.

Cleaning is not up to the bar. Had to follow up for all basic complementary items which are provided in rooms before customer check in.
