I liked the rooms and the bathrooms were really clean. The food was good. The room service was slack. We rang for about 5 minutes before somebody answer ed from the pantry. Preparation time took a while but was good. The attitude of the staff is a bit laid back. No urgency but work does get done.

Washroom was unclean Rooms are spacious. The mattresses were little hard. Bedding and towels were aiso not so clean and if you are spending more than 2k for a night without breakfast cleaning is the foremost requirement. No iron and dryer available in deluxe rooms.

Nice hotel neet and clean but 1 star minus for better service

according to room price....such a bad service provide... management not good...i am not recommend to any one to go there
