Good place but no wheelchair access ♿ long stairs.

Guys at the reception were very rude. We were supposed to check out at 10 am and they charged extra 1000 for each room as we checked out at 11 am. They also locked the hotel at midnight and didn't allowed us to go outside. Service was also bad with no towel , bathroom kit etc.
