The City Park Hotel - Hotel in Sonipat

We booked city park for wedding which was planned for 1 May. Given the corona lockdown, we had to cancel it. They are not refunding the advance, neither are they adjusting it with the wedding of our family friend. Which is quite absurd, it is okay if they do not have a refund policy, but they initially said that the amount can be adjusted in a different function. A family friend is getting married their and are willing to adjust the money, but they denied. In the corona set up, where the max head count in wedding is 100, they have the audacity to charge 10L, which is higher than the budget of any 5 star function for such low count. With this they expect people to hold to the booking. Would highly recommend against it, for any occasion

This hotel is NOT GOOD for Couples & Single girls. I feel very unsafe in hotel. There is boy in reception he ask me soo many questions during my check in, the way hotel male staff look at me that's so cheap. Reception area is good but rooms & washroom are dirty, soap & towel not available in washroom, TV is not working. overall worst experience.

Services are good in this hotel what one problem is there or told me that there is a premium room having phrase coffee maker king size bed room but the phrase is missing their mean if it is not there there is is not good and when More Power is there that is power backup
