Don't know the name but one of the staff member who was looking after the reception and dealing with room related complaints was very rude, as he needs to be polite to be a hotelier. Rooms are OK but service is very poor and worst air conditioning in rooms. I changed room twice Bcz AC was not working. But the condition of all the AC's are same. Not at all recommend to anyone.
