I booked cab with them recently for too and fro from bhatinda.. cab driver as a human being good guy.. but I faces allot of issue like driver doesn't know the route three time he taken wrong route, car doesn't have the insurance from last 2 month (show unprofessionalism) we got challaned .. plus we had accident while coming back (thank God all are save ) but car we're not in the possition to run further..that shows me real behaviour of owner who start asking me to pay full amount of trip, instead of helping me in providing another cab to complete my remaining trip of 60km( need to catch my train ) . Luckily some good people help me..
