This is a review of my experience with the car test drive and purchase. I must say that the sales consultants (especially Mr Praveen) are extremely professional and well rounded individuals. I have been contemplating buying a car, but given the pandemic, I postponed it multiple times... I was pretty convinced about the Ford product, the worry was sales and aftersales procedures.nnBut Fortune and Mr Praveen did not disappoint at all. They followed up professionally and negotiated a good deal. The car I had booked was delivered much in advance of the promised dates, that was a great surprise to me.nnDelivery day: the whole experience in the grave pandemic was well handled. I was sent a survey before hand to customize my delivery, etc and lo and behold the car was ready with almost all paperwork done and kept ready on the d-day. The post delivery follow up and registration of the car was also very well managed.nnI would totally recommend Fortune Ford for all Ford car needs.nnAreas of improvement:n1. The lounge area and interiors of the showroom were dusty and needs a good touch up.nn2. Not all in the showroom were wearing masks - don't know if they were staff. Especially they could not or would not mandate the potential customers for a mask.nn3. It's not their problem, but this is in a super congested area and approach is very hard.
This is one of the best Ford showrooms in Hyd. My friend bought a Freestyle, he tried many showrooms but did not get proper response. Finally these guys contacted him and not only gave a great service, but also made car delivery a breeze.
I took test-drive on 20th Feb at fortune Ford , The Executive was nice and good behavior, How ever the booking has been confirmed from myside ...lets hope for a better service further
