Room is okay...not so clean but fine can get along with it but there are plumbing problems in room no 204, 208. The taps are loose and the water runs or leaks all the time unless u turn off the main water line in the bathroom. Some lights are not working. Wifi speed is good. No complimentary water bottles are given during the check in also not provided in the rooms. Haven't tasted the food there but they allow outside food so it's fine.

The review is based on current status which is ongoing... Since we are still suffering. Also I am writing this review because I see the owner at least acknowledges the comments.nThe two stars are only for the location and nothing else.nWe had reserved two rooms. The first option of rooms was smelly. We got a replacement for the same.nWe asked for room 304 and it had faulty TV, broken tap and plumbing issues, plus the access card was not working.nWe were promises a replacement and now 302 has lighting issues.nHad been calling reception and he tells us we do not give room service! By the way while I am writing this review my room TV seems in no mood to work!!!nDefinitely not recommended and will never return.nnThe two stars are only for the locatio

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever visited, the rooms are not clean as expected by the visitors.The reality is very different from photos. The bathrooms were really dirty. Staffs are rude and not helpful.nCheap rooms and are not well maintained.nAC is not working.nTV is not working.nTap and Toilet flush are not working.nAnd a very rude manager fatima with her unprofessional staff after complaining them about all this they were like, this is what we have if you want you can stay or just checkout and search for other hotel. So, I personally recommend all my friends not to book this hotel.

One of the worst hotel ever experienced by paying 2000 rupees per night. Staff and manager are rude uneducated and uncivilized and they don't know how to talk to a woman. If you want to waste your money please try this experience by staying here. this is the original pictures from the hotel.

This Message to Owner of Falcon Nest La Riviera Suites Madhapur,nnI Have Booked Some Rooms in Your Hotel For 5Days,nBilling Was Invalid ,nthey didn't had proper facility for anything my experience with this hotel was worst as they had tap leaking in the bathrooms, dirty bed sheet, not returning my balanced amount not providing water bottle even when asked for and i am not even asking for a refund though i am just asking for my balanced amount which is still pending with Fatima Manager of the hotel and also she is not responding calls since last one Month or not available at the property and while booking the hotel as we were informed its very nice hotel and as we also had girls in 3 rooms for girls they had trouble with drunk people knocking the door that to around 2:00 in the morning. I hope this review would be helpful for anyone who is looking to book this hotel and the owner also and hope my issue would be looked into and resolved soon.
