SilverKey Executive Stays 28107 Khajaguda

There were many issues pertaining to OYO and to the property as a whole.. I booked this stay from 24/April/2021 to 27/April/2021. I would have given 0 stars if possible but the least is 1 star.nif you have any other option in your mind, then please go for it and don't fall for this cheap property. I would like to list all the things one by one so that you don't have to face what I faced. I booked this property for my 3 nights stay through oyo and trust the experience was nothing less than that of hell.nn1. when I booked the stay I was supposed to pay 2565 but when I reached the property I was compelled to pay 3464 I don't why... no one from oyo addressed my grievance and the the people at property's reception were too rude and they were not ready to listen anything. left with no choice I had to pay the unnecessary extra amount.nn2. the tv didn't work as the Tata sky was not recharged and even informing the reception multiple time no one bothered to do any needful.nn3. if you are going for some serious work other than having some fun with your companion for couple of hours don't book this. they don't change the bedsheet and pillow covers and once you look at them you will get to know that what have been done on those bedsheets.nn4. If you are booking this stay make your own arrangements of drinking water as you won't find it there in the hotel nor anyone will care to arrange that for you at that time.nn5. Forget about your room getting cleaned and sanitized before your check-in. that's just mentioned in the app to make a fool of you.nnif still you want to proceed with booking this, I would wish you all the very best and all the good luck for your entire stay duration in these tough times of pandemic.

Service is not very goodnIn bathroom in combod there is no water,nFrom basin water is falling no care for thisnWe leave room number 107, there is tv but channel is not coming saying that setup box is not working you have to change the roomnafter changing room we are not satisfied we from kolkata. And some xtra problem

Good rooms and service is good tasty food. For complimentory breakfast only one item is served.

Poor service and less responsive no matter how many calls u do they wont help u unless and until you call oyo customer care ...bedsheets and blankets were not clean and problems include washroom as well...

Very nice i like this if I come with friends
