We are regular visitors to DSR inn 72003 services are good. But today we got so disappointed. 2 days before we called and confirmed without booking we can come and pay the amount there it self (as per OYO app amount). Today we went there now they are saying we have to pay twice the actual amount. We went back. We are so disappointed with this behaviour. In this lockdown time this is not the right thing to do with visiters.

Very neat and clean rooms, Helpful staff, very safe location, good parking facility, Reasonable price, overall excellent.

SUGGESTION--- plz go to rooms and see before you book or pay Had booked for 2 days and checked out the minute i entered the propertynnone of the worst maintained oyo propertynn1- lots and lots of mosquitos cant be controlled with mosquito bat repellent even the reception is full of mosquitos cant stay at nights definitelyn2- its not for family there are people coming in and ot with booze and pegs in corridor smokingn3- no proper food or hygiene, INSECTS and RATS all overn4- in room its filled with multiple coloured lights very disturbingn5- bathrooms are not washed and leaking very untidy

Staff is polite . Well maintained . Water bottles are available. Food we can order from room itself it takes almost one hour but it will worth . area is full of mosquitoes we need ask them coils and we changed room bcz of mosquitoes and we are provided coil .thanks for the immediate response.overall it brings home scenario
