Just one word for this place...horrible. The owner is extremely impolite and asked us to leave just bcoz I asked him why there wasn't even a sugar sachet. To which he said they don't run a grocery shop. I'm sure the readers wud agree that any basic hotel or service apartment will also provide sugar and tea sachets, shampoo etc. There wasn't even a single glass or cup. The water in the bathroom was dirty. The vessels were so old one can't think of cooking.nI've been to several hotels across India but never any hotel owner would have asked a customer to leave.nThe only plus point was the person at reception called Akhil who requested us umpteen times to stay. For the price the service and facilities is pathetic. Please go at your own risk. We went seeing previous reviews but had a bad experience.

I booked a studio suite for a night but they upgraded it to premium suite for me. The stay was really fantastic with very spacious rooms, very clean, quiet, and extraordinary furnishing. The complimentary breakfast was also good. I wish I had stayed much longer there. Now I will make sure this becomes my go-to place whenever I visit Hyderabad. Thanks Akhilesh Yadav for amazing hospitality. Coming back soon :).I will give 5* to Akhilesh Yadav.

One of the best place to reside the rooms are well sanitized and clean and hygenic rooms are very spacious with all the amenities like AC Gas stove lift and parking facility room service is the bestnnThe staff are also very good special note to Mr.Akhilesh who took a lot of care and responded immediately in case required anything. He is very polite and respectfull towards customers I strongly recommend to friends and colleagues
