The power supply is on/ off no of times with low voltage resulting appliances damage.Many times we try to complian but they are not lifting the phone.This is the service we are getting from dept.In every bill they are charging customer service charges.What for this for bad service.

dnt have power since 4 hrs. and no one taking call at the board. its too frequent these days.

Accepting payments by online. But in refunds we need to start from ground level and it is done manually. I have to go to office and i should give a written letter manually. What a tsspdcl, how you are torturing customers. And i should go again for knowing status. Their mistakes, but we are suffering.
