Stayed only for few hours between flights. Very well maintained property. Polite staff. Prompt service. No complaints.

Being W circle member,This hotel had been my choice for many years. Despite being amid covid era hotel serves with full energy. The coffee shop & bar are awesome. Staff is very humble

Very clean rooms with good service some things were not as good as you'd expect in a fancy hotel but I'm only giving 5 star for the cooperative staff.

Food quality was very poor... Tea after meel ...you can't drink.. Only palace is good ... No advise to salect for dinner/lunch party...

Visited their for one night stay, rooms were clean and maintained. However valet parking was a let down. Driver were limited so you have to wait or park it yourself. In the breakfast even buffet was not lavish and limited to few options only.
