Sales executive miss twinkle Babber she is very bad manner to customer, She always talk with nonsense, and try to always anusar with customer and colligue.

Nice hotel with good room but not as compared to other contry inn hotels. It is more like a 3 star hotel with decent room. Earlier there spa is very good but now it's quality also decrease sharply

First of all I really liked the ambience of the whole hotel, seemed really posh and professional. If I could I will give 12/10. Overall experience even before I booked the hotel was extremely nice as the recipients were really helpful throughout. Shoutout to Mayank for being such an amazing helper throughout the stay. All the queries were answered. Give him a raise mate. For sure will be visiting again.

Amazing and clean environment. The best service around the gurgaon. Pocket friendly and peaceful environment.
