Holiday Inn Express Gurugram Sector 50

I visited the Holiday Inn on 9th sept and I had a great experience. Everything is perfectly arranged. The boys at reception were thoroughly professional , I had apprehensions due to COVID 19. The rooms are very compact though but sparkling clean. Breakfast was served in Room. That has good variety, sufficient and tasty. Tasty may be as I ate outside food after 5momths 😀😀😀😀. They also extended my stay for 4hours on request. Highly recommended.

Although the rooms are small they are well equipped. But the staff has a very casual attitude and don't expect good hospitality and professionalism. I was asked to do 10 days payment on arrival and I left the place in one day since rooms were too small. But did not get the refund of the advance payment yet, even after multiple follow ups. Its been 50 days now. They lack professionalism! There are much better options in Gurgaon.
