The hotel used to be a good hotel before lockdown but after lockdown the services are pathetic. No sanitisation and safety precautions are taken while check in. They didn’t even have lights at their gate and reason the manger gave was we are cost cutting. Even no light on hotel name. We crossed the lane 4 times but were unable to locate the hotel, finally had to call the hotel and ask for landmarks. They have reduced the staff strength as well. We had to wait for more than an hour for water bottles. Would never recommend anyone. There are much better hotels like Plazio and Lemon Tree in the same lane.

Good food, very very neat and tidy, good room service, good ambience, spacious parking.

Brilliant Food and Clean Rooms

Word of caution: Don't trust the hotel staff with anything. After staying in the hotel for a week I kept my luggage (a bag and a guitar) at the property to pick it up later. When I visited the hotel to pick my things I found that a worker had taken my guitar to her place and flustered when she heard over call that I had come to the property. Had to wait for an hour for my things and I am lucky I got them back. The staff neither had an explanation not did they offer an apology for the whole incident. If you are looking for a hotel with professionally behaved staff you're looking at the wrong hotel. Atleast I will not be making the mistake of booking this property again.
