We visited Hotel Delite Grand for a short celebration, and it was good being there. The staff was cooperative and much friendly however for parking we were supposed to park the cars in the front of hotel by the side of road. Halls were able to accommodate well the people invited. Ambiance was also good, toilets were well maintained and clean. We found this hotel worth visiting and value for money for small celebrations and gatherings.

Worst hospitality experience ever. Very rude and arrogant staff members. The restaurant staff is also arrogant. They ruined my day by not letting my relatives(3 adults and 1 kid) visit me in my room even for 1 hour. Even I spoke to the owner and they said as per hotel policies they could not allow my relatives to visit me in my room because the room is booked by a male and one of my relative is female. This is one of the most absurd thing I have ever heard. One of the staff member disturbed me during midnight to enquire if I need water bottle. They don't respect customers. Better opt for other hotels.

A nice hotel for hosting weddings , receptions etc. Staff was nice and cordial. Good food too. Enjoyed it.
