Rooms are good and spacious. Food is just above average. Staff says room service is available 24x7 but keeps their room phones dead all the time. Don't expect service late night. Can hold functions in different halls for different gathering size.

You will experience worst services. This was my second bad experience. Rooms not ready when you reach. Water not coming in bathroom. Got my room changed and then in second room hot water was not coming so wasted another 2 hours and still no fix. They gave us 2 buckets separately. What a service after changing 2 rooms. Also when you complain to reception lady or management they behave like they don't know what alien we are talking about. Such pathetic maintenance. Not helpful at all.

First thing first .. Hotel Staff is the main reason for 1 star. Pathetic service timing. Staff's super rude behaviour. They charge you like a 5 star Hotel and even after asking questions for your own rights(why are you charging so high for a single water bottle that cost me around 20 bucks just outside the hotel gate) they won't care for it. If you deny for any highly priced service they will simply put it in your account list and give you various explanations. Hell lot of chaos. Solution :- Better to take another hotel for any event. You can't argue with them for small but multiple mistakes they are doing willingly.
