Food was oily as well as salty. The ground floor was good and also well decorated. Service was okay. However, the basement section is not up to the mark of the regency. In the end, if food is not fine, you won't be able to appreciate other things.

If anyone wants there money waste your are at right door. Mr.Anand Attri and his management has spoiled My friend Engagement event which was on Nov 23. Food quality was very pathetic , water lekage from the ceiling next to the main stage, stage was broken from backside, untidy and smelly washroom. Overall it was a very bad experience at this venue. Never recommend this to anyone.

Poor management, poor staff worst service experienced offered by Anand Attri and his team they guys spoiled the entire engagement event of my sister on Nov 23.

If you guys want to spoil your event, this is the best place in entire universe one can ask for. Anantra Regency and his owner Mr Anand attri spoiled my entire engagement event on Nov 23 they guys were so impatient for the balance amount of 10k. Lot of things happened on my event which are mentioned below. 1) We paid 90% amount before the event and Anand and his team were agreed to pay the remaining amount on the day of event but his team and Anand started asking about the payment from my guest. I was sitting at my Sagan rituals and their staff was keep on asking me about the payment 2) When we told them we will pay you the amount at the event Mr Anand was agreed suddenly they have stopped the snacks and said snacks were limited. 3) Stage was broken from the backside, untidy sofa for Bride and Groom sitting. 4 Water was leaking from the AC ceiling 5) Bride waited for so long to get inside the room, their staff locked the room and went outside. 6) After cake cutting ceremony when told the waiter to serve the cake to entire guest, their waiter took the cake and went to basement. 7) At Food table cold food was served to Bride and Groom family. 8) When bride asked for the hot chapati (Their so called employee said in a very rude manner - pehle yeh to khaa le baad mein dusri mangiyo) 9) When we asked Mr Anand about the services he offered us he said this what we can offer you and we have served best food and service to you. 10) Worst management, very poor customer service, waste of money last but not least. 11) On social media and other online platforms they mentioned 700Rs per plate they committed us the same however at time of payment they charged us 1200rs per plate. Which is again false and fake information. If anyone still want to know in detail about their customer service and management they can get in touch with me anytime. I will explain all the things in detail. Think million times before book this venue.

Very cooperative team and supportive staff. Banquet event was amazing. All the very best to this newly opend hotel.
