Not so batter bads are smelling Take longtime to provide a room Higher price and Paper work time is so lenhty

Dirty bed with stains all over and hairs spread,stained towel.The phone in the room was dead. The sockets near bed were not working, I had to hold my phone while charging in the only working socket in room. I was provided room no. 8 whereas my booking was showing for room no. 10. I had to ask for toiletries and water and go to help desk for each issue to report. Very unprofessional staff at desk, the one with moustache. I was charged for drinking water as he said during checkout that bottle was sealed. I am pretty sure they would have provided my room no. 8 to some one else at higher prices and provided room 10 to me. I trusted OYO due to it's brand name and previous experiences but this one was really unacceptable.

The service of the hotel is very bad. We booked 6 rooms and 1 hall one month prior and also intimated them one night before the booking date to keep ready all the rooms but still at the time of check in all rooms were in very bad condition and when we informed the receptionist about this, his response was very rude even the cleaning staff response is very rude. No management at all in this hotel. Worst experience ever in the hotel. They dont bother to provide good service to their customers. I would suggest everyone to never book this hotel in future.

Worst possible hotel I have ever stayed in. I have visited many hotels but this one was worst. From the moment I entered in hotel to the moment I moved out every second was made horrible for me and my other relatives. 25 of us stayed in the hotel, it was a nightmare to talk to Mr Pratap, he literally gave all of us headache due to his greedy nature. One example was when I asked for an extra room he asked me 1750 but I checked online it was 850 because it was already midnight and the reason he gave to that was because for all other rooms we have charged you 1750 that's why charging the same amount. They committed to give mattresses in all rooms but later refused because they wanted me to add more rooms. One of the support staff was helping us out, this guy Pratap slapped him because he was trying to help us without asking him. Breakfast was free for us, I asked him 100 times to give breakfast @8 but till 9:30 there was nothing at all, in the end we had to run outside to get food and tea. Before leaving they started asking me charges for lost dish TV remote set for a room, I went to the room and checked, everything was intact but these guys had to make our life horrible.

As i had exeperexpe today, it was worst. I have been at many hotels in OYO but never had such worst and only worst experience here. This hotel staff have no sense to talk their customers even not senior level officers, i had to visit a marrige party near this hotel. But its staff behaved like uneducated or nonsense or you say completely chutiya type.They misbehaved with me and situations were about to call police but somehow I managed and moved from there. I'll never prefare for this hotel. If you wanna go, Go at your own risk.... Want to give zero star but to post this message need to give 1 star.
