It had been a very bad experience at the store, the customer representative / owner, doesn't know how to talk to the customer and handle them.nI went for eye check up after booking appointment online but when I reached and asked for same as I already purchased my specs online the store guy told me it will take 3 hours as already customers in store but truth is their were only 5 customer and 3 attendent and 2 testing station that were empty but he denied service and told me that he don't have any information for appointment and he can't do before 3 hours when I asked him again.nnMy simple question to LENSKART why you are taking online appointment when your store executive are so rude and misbehaving with customers and wasting time of people you can check these reviews and take actions and if not please close the store.

Very bad! Whoever's the owner,he has a bad/rude tone of talking .. really unsatisfied! Would recommend you to go to the z square one. They have better staff.nI wish I could give 0 stars. :)
