Worst bank is SBI and staff don’t know how to operate computer. Very common excuse is printer not working and system is down.

Lazy staff very lazy... dont do the work and give excuses every time. Half the time their is no network and the other half time they dont want to do the work. Lazy, extremely lazy!

They always make mistakes while doing transactions. No one picks up the phone at the branch. So every time you make a transaction you have to visit the branch 10 times to ensure that things get done.
