I am currently sitting in Kumaon Jeweller. It has been over 20 minutes since I was asked to wait. Customer service requires staff to attain their customers.nWe are not here to admire the aesthetics. This is a service store and I expect a little professionalism.

Worst jwellery outlet in haldwani. No ethics and commitment towards customer. We are following for last 2 months for simple earing and after that defective earring was given. When you will go for exchange then they will ask to go to there different outlet. Pathetic. I will not suggest to buy anything from them.

Worst experience....nI ordered ring from them and asked them to provide me as soon as possible they promised me to deliver it within a week but when I visit their store after a week they ask me to come after 2 daysnAfter that they again ask me to come on other dates and so onnnFrom 7 days they extended it to 25 days from order datennPlease be aware before giving big orders to themnnPlease be on your wordsnWhat you promise please try even to fulfill that.........

Ordered ring in March, still awaiting the delivery. They are not even ready to refund. Nothing more to say!! Hope the delivery gets done as soon as possible, thats all I want right now!!

Best Jewelers they offer a great variety of jewelleries and other custom made ornaments. It is great as they offer a lot of discounts and other offers. You can also get your jewellery checked for purity. The store is overall value for money.
