Very Bad service, strongly disagree with staff behavior .
Wish we could give minus star. Worst behavior of illiterate staff. Very bad service. Never ever coming here.
Being one of the Modern Pathology Center in Berhampore I highly recommend this place, but there are few things that the managment should improve. The process from Reception desk to get tested is not at all smooth due their mismanagement and lack of communication with the patient. The staffs donot know what to say when someone asked how much time will be required, the place is little bit chaotic in busy hour, except management and staff behaviour everything is good.
Nice service.. Check up rate is moderate. If u want to go there then try to go early morning otherwise u have to wait for 1-3 hour
Inhuman behaviour. Worst service. Should be sued for the way of handling and treating patients. They force patients of HRCT-Thorax scan to sit on road for 3 hours before calling for the scan. My mother needed rather forced to sit on the pitch road literally. She was covid +ve. They didn't provided at least a chair for any patients. When asked they replied we can't santise the chair later on repeatedly, hence will not provide anything.
