They are self ratting with customer mobile phone.... Before serviceing they lost may lnkey screw. After perched the screw by the money.. Workers are good but the service manager ere not soo good... Must be improve their customers satisfaction...

One of the worst yamaha service centre one can ever visit, they sell bikes but there no parts, not even a basic air filter for r15 v3, they don't wash bikes saying the machine is not working, their spark plug cleaning machine doesn't work so they suggest to change the plug. The mechanic working on my bike knows what's needs to be changed in bs6 r15, but the manager and parts counter doesn't even know the difference between bs4 and bs6 air filters, yet they are selling bs6 bikes for the last 4-6months. If someone wants to buy oil filter they are forced to buy the engine oil too, which is pure business and customer harrasment. Their machines don't function properly. People of Malda have no option.
