Hotel location is good also behaviour of hotel management is very good. You can also get communication to all other areas of Malda Town. Also food quality is very good.

Very lousy staff and poor planning of the rooms. Property is very poorly maintained with least attention to the details. As far as goofing is concerned only set menu is available. In the breakfast only option is veg Maggi. Staff is very impolite and the charges are quiet high as per the condition if the rooms. Should avoid staying at the property.
