Hotel has hot and cold running water. Bathrooms are clean, rooms are good and clean with AC. Staff is cooperative and well mannered. Owner is a nice and very helpful person.

Would have rated 0 if possible. The worst experience ever. Rats and bugs in plenty on the room with water seepage, electricity dysfunctions and every other nightmare that one can imagine.
