Bank runs in a residential building , no parking space , every day hundreds of liters of water is wasted during filling of their overhead water tank. Manager seems indifferent in this matter. Save water should be practiced. It's his/her bank like his/her 2nd home.

This is a nice bank. It offers loans at a very cheap rate and the officials here are very polite and gentle. This branch is very new and clean. It also has an ATM. There is also a security guard. The branch is located on the first floor in a building. However it is a small branch. The size of the building should be larger. The officials here should be more punctual. They are pretty late and people have to wait for a long time.

One of the worst banks in krishnagar. There is no parking place also the bank's workers are not helpful.

Its service is good.
