We the couple went to the roof top restaurant. Our experience is as followsnnAmbience- Fantastic ( romantic setting with beautiful greenery and cabanas)nService- Staff is not welcoming and attentive, we were actually interested to sit in the cabana, but they said you need to pay an extra 500 Rs for sitting there even though restaurant had 3 vacant cabanas through out our visit.(I don't think so these strategies will work) We ordered 1/2 minestrone soup , they gave is only one bowl they don't know how to divide. They served mineral water but no glasses had to ask thrice for it and even after the glasses reached us they were dirty so we had to get them changed.nnTaste- 8.5 /10 food ordered (tandoori platter, minestrone soup ) both were very goodnnValue for money: 7/10.

Dont think for this restaurant. Service is too poor. We waited for 1 hr after order of main course. Taste was so so. But service was too bad. We ordered at 9 pm and waited till 10.15 pm. Till then we didnt get food. Then we left without dinner.

Good food and great service this palace is really cool.nOne of the best restaurants in RajnandgaonnThe ambiance is LIT, so are the staff specially for caption Sohan. A nice palace to spend time

I dont think am going this place next time.its 8 pm m oredered here .they are not serve any food till 9:30 .was very bad experiance

Food was awesome, service is also good, we enjoyed our farewell event nicely. Thank you to Hotel Railies to providing us a great atmosphere
