I stayed for three days no cleaning of room,no change of bedsheets,soap,T V was not working, room door defective, rates were higher compare to other hotels in same area.althogh attendant was very cordial but seams to be helpless,may be Covid lockdown.

I would give 5 stars for the service and behavior of the staff. They are very good! And it's pet friendly hotel. Thats what matters the most to me.nnI've posted the photos before leaving and not while entering ud83dude04 hence the messnnThe room was very good. They forgot to give dental kit and towel. I had to ask. They forgot to place a dustbin and mat for bathroom. But I was too tired to ask them and just dozed off. Do ask them if you don't find anything.

Asked for a double bed but got two single beds.nnNo dustbin in the bathroom.. You have to ask for toilet kits.nnRoom card will not work. Every time you go out, you have to request them to come and open the door.nnBut a pet friendly hotel. And more importantly, there is no restaurant in the hotel. You can order from Swiggy/Zomato or go out to have food.
