Good Service

It was very nice. Staff were friendly, car condition was also super. Sanitized and well maintained. On time pick up and easy to return.

I booked a car in Vijaywada for a day. All went well till I reached the facility. I was informed by ZOOMCAR through a SMS that the vehicle is neat and clean and ready for pickup and the key is placed in the glovebox. In reality on reaching the point I was asked about the vehicle number, the guy rummaged the box containing many keys and gave it to me and told to bring it out. I tried to unlock the car but the key was wrong. So I told him to get the right key and bring out the vehicle. Then he called a guy who took the key from him and started the vehicle to bring it out and during the process ( I can see the rashness in handling the vehicle ) he banged it into an iron pole that damaged the hood and left panel popped out.The driver casually got out of the car and tried to give me the keys. The audacity of the staff is mind boggling that even after this incident they wanted me to take the vehicle. After hitting the vehicle into the pole the driver was talking in a very abusive language to another person regarding the incident inspite of knowing that I was standing there.nnI refused to take delivery of this damaged car and told them to put me in touch with the manager but the guy refused saying it’s morning and the manager will reach around 12 only. I told to replace the vehicle but he said no other vehicle is available. Then I called up the help line. Thereafter I further noticed that the tyres are completely worn out and smooth with very less grooves visible. I took the pictures of this and sent to the executive of ZOOMCAR who called me.nnApart from this the problem is the totally unprofessional approach of the staff.. use of very foul language while talking among them regarding the accident they made.nnThe attire and attitude of the staff at this facility is totally unfriendly. They seems to be uneducated and untrained.nnI request that once in a while some senior executive from ZOOMCAR should use these facilities once in a while to have a firsthand experience.nnIt is expected that ZOOMCAR will take necessary action to verify the facts and take necessary corrective measures immediately to restore the customer confidence in ZOOMCAR.

Nice people and great service. Location is easy to find. A waiting lounge with restrooms would be great.

Worst service and not giving refundn17 Sept 2020 , I booked car... But still ( 12th Feb 2021) I'm not received refund.. Kindly no one touch this
