The hotel doesn't honor booking from booking.com. They are fraudsters as they took advance money and still gave no room. The staff is so rude that they just asked us to stand outside the hotel and told us that they won't do anything. Double check before going to these thugs. Ideally their hotel license should be cancelled and I would be filing police complaint shortly

Very pathetic service. They did not turn up even after repeated calling. We ourselves had to go to the reception for complaining. Rooms were not clean, bedsheet was not clean, shower was broken, hot water in the shower was not available, TV was not working, and no good response from the staffs. Staff were drunk. Overall we had a very pathetic stay at this hotel. I will never recommend anyone about this hotel.ud83dude21ud83dude21

Rude staffs. Very unprofessional behaviour by the staffs when I had to leave the hotel because of some minor issues. Never been intimidated by the rudeness of any hotel staffs as this one.
