Good location.nRooms are not so big but you can manage two peoples in a double room. Sometimes the staff forget to serve water bottles.nYes there is a bar too. Go and enjoy

1.Location- The biggest advantage is its on main road, near Ulubari flyover. Approx half an hour drive from the Airport, KFC, Barbeque Nation at ud83dudeb6 distance, 10 min, easy access to public transport.n2. Reception - Needs improvement in handling guests. Gives two 500 ML bottles of packaged drinking water for a double bed room which costs around INR 2000. Printed copy of ID should be preferable otherwise you might be forced to give your original and remind the front desk to return it. Lift and staircase both available.n3. Room - Optimal size, WC toilet with broad wash basin and availability of hot water, manually operate both H&C taps. Toilet cleanliness is average. No kettle available in room only two glasses and two cups, two Milton flask, a double bed, a seating couch, a small table, a study table with two chairs, a wall cabinet with cloth hangers, aesthetics is good but a little congested . A working intercom is of help.n4. Hospitality - Room service can improve, a neat restaurant on first floor offers a buffet in breakfast with Western, Indian, Chinese cuisine options along with hot beverage. Taste and quality satisfactory. Dining options are limited.nOverall a reasonable and comfortable stay can be expected.

To my surprise this hotel was very cool. Very friendly front desk staff. In room service very fast and good quality. Very easy to approach almost loke a few hundred meters from Bus stand. The amazing thing about this hotel is they even have special rooms for single adults, saving money, time and still maintaining full privacy. I found the toilets, rooms, bedsheets etc. nice, clean and well maintained.
