OYO 37875 Hotel Kirtti Inn

Rude behaviour ,very pathetic experience, don't stay here even if you get free rooms. area and hotel is not safe for women. My mother and wife has returned back from the hotel due to bad service and environment. Shame in the name of BnB.Not worth for money, rooms look old and uncleaned .Bathroom door's handle is torned

if you are going to book this property pay in advance i.e. prepaid or be ready to pay extra charge which the manager charges and acts as OYO Don't pay him anything.. tries to fool the customers...

I have visited this place for a couple of times but this time I promised myself never ever to visit this property again.nI booked online however couldn't make online payment due to some mobile issues hence thought of paying it offline.nThe owner refused to give me the during check-in and he was behaving very unprofessional and rude to me. The exact conversation was the followingnOwner~See we need X amount from you to give you your roomnMe~ why should I pay you more than the amount I have booked the room for?nO~ then I can't give you the room.nM~ where will i go now? Its 7pm and far from citynO~ i don't care.nMe~ i am not paying you even 1 rupee extranO~ then leave from here and do whatever the hell you want complain OYOnMe~ why do you want me to complain why don't you talk with them you are having issues with money from OYO,nO~ we are not with OYOnM~ What does that supposed to mean? Why is your property showing in OYO if you have delisted yourself?nO~ we asked them to get lost from our property long back but they are insisting and showing it.nM~this is not the way business happens.nO~ just go, not giving you room.nThen I called you guys and the agent from OYO helped me checkin and get a room. But not to much of my surprise, the room I got had a window which was left open for the entire night (can't be closed from inside)nAnd they gave me a blanket which was more of a shawl not really a blanket. I somehow spent the night even though i couldn't sleep in cold.n.n.nI have been staying with oyo since many years now and in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad but never ever got such bizarre attitude and behavior from any of the owners.nI asked OYO to take strict action against them, maybe teach them some manners how to deal with customer and delist this property ASAP such that some other may not suffer like me. And I will make sure to make many people aware of this hotel as much as i can.
