The restaurant of Grassland Resort was one of my favorites till sometime ago. But I was shocked with my experience today: we found amidst an utterly unwelcome environment. I had to shout virtually to be attended by one service crew to take orders, apparently new and inexperienced staff with no professional etiquettes; vegetable salads were served with hands by the service-boy!! Drinking glasses still carried the smells of raw fish!...When all these were reported to the manager, we were received by an unapologetic smiling face.nnTotal degeneration of am erstwhile good establishment.

Don't book through Makemytrip. They charge you horribly. Very badly maintained resort. Food prices were too high. No amenities were provided as stated in the website of MMT.
