Staff behavior is very rude.nI asked for AC &TV (that is not working) n reciepnist answered very rudly for check out at the time 8.30pmnThis is locked down period n hotel industry is under crisis n due to staff, wisdom lost a customer.
Not good as commented by other..but quite good as u have to know that u r in BIHAR......
Best hotel in Motihari. Good quality of Food and servics is very good and rooms quality is very execellent.
Stay was comfortable with hygiene rooms and services. Recommend
This is the worst hotel I have ever been to in Bihar, The way staff behavior was quite irritating and not ready to stand when customers came ( Basic etiquette),nnZero rating for complementary breakfast ( Nothing has given)nnZero rating for daily service- reminding every time for towel, Shower gel, Bath soap etc
