There are no words to describe the owner of this travel agency.nFraud, cheater, no word in the dictionary or outside the dictionary can describe this person.nWe booked AC travellers for our group so that everyone could have a comfortable trip, the AC of the vehicles were not working and it was not his responsibility to take an action regarding it. He sent his vehicles very late and then the drivers raced the vehicles to the top of their speeds to reach the border at just 1 minute past 10:45(the time at which the border of Nepal closes) and then we had to stay in a hotel which had facilities for the sake of having facilities, zero ventilation, no electricity back-up and were also forced to pay for the rooms. When asked him to reduce the fare as we did not get what we had booked he started threatening us that he won't let the vehicles leave and even if it leaves he would leave us at some deserted place and then we are on our own. He said that he did give an AC vehicle and whether the AC was working or not was not his responsibility and he would not reduce the fare to that of non AC vehicle.nIf you want to have a trip to Nepal or anywhere else which you want to be worth regretting this is the best place. If you want to ruin your vacation, book this travel agent right away.nnOthers.. stay away from this tour agent who has 1000% chances of ruining your trip.

Very poor service. Owner is greedy person, only loves money. He doesn't care for his customers , only worried about making money. I had a very bad experience during my last trip to Nepal. None of the promise was kept. Vehicle provided was defective.nnKeep away from such people. There are many good travels around like Kesarwani Travels, Raxaul.
