The location is good, but not the hotel. It's dirty. It's overpriced, the rooms are too small. Stuffs are not helpful.

One of the worst experience ever. Both with fab hotels and Gaylord. Had 2 confirmed rooms from fab hotels. But when I reached Gaylord they were unable to provide me the rooms. I was with my family, so the situation was very disappointing. I had to cencel the booking and seek rooms elsewhere. After all these I haven't received the refund yet. My recommendation is to drop fab hotels as a booking platform. They do not provide services to the customer directly, so they does not have any liability as told to me by a fab representative. As a honest reviewer and technology entrepreneur I am horrified by these unprofessional people whose actions effecting the industry.

Nice hotel, but toilet's floor are not maintained good in most of the room...

accommodated in a different inferior hotel inspite of confirmed booking. indifferent to me for not able to honour the booking. the alternative was not having good room and the hotel was not listening to the grievances.
