Hotel was amazing and so were the staff.. Highest level of service and comfort. Highly recommend this hotel for family or business stays.

First And most important thing is they deceive people by giving False Images of Rooms...The actual Room is very different from the Room which was given to me and all rooms are same...nnSecond point is about the Mattress they provided in the room, its full of Bed Bugs it was really difficult to sleep as their bite are really very painful.....nnThird point is the Services in the Room is very bad, If you call the someone for help, they usually respond it after 1 to 2 hr, you have to call them on continous basis.nFourth point is about water, after continous request also, water was not available in the washroom, the condition was really very pathetic. In emergency time or during bathing time you wont get water...nnThe Menu card of the hotel is just for Show case purpose, they even cant cook an omlate i asked for in the morning breakfast time.nnFifth point is They really dont care about their customers, what they say, they will delay it and at last u will be ignored.nnLast thing is the Transfer of customers to the airport, They provide car, hotel has its own car for their customers to the airport for an estimate cost of Rs 300 for 2 kms.....nbetter to book a uber for Rs 85 to Rs 90.nnThis is the most Genuine review, This is for all those who are planning to book this hotel for any of your purpose, u wont get a comfortable stay.

I have to booking goibibo and hotel locations wrong google location and goibibo location both location deferentnThen good check in andnI m ordered food very very very Ved service waiter take order then 2 hours after coming and food not good full cold food pakora chapati at all bed service for hotel nights sleeping time I am call reception morning 4 clock wake up call and tea this also bed service receptionist ask me not available tea not have milk . Bathroom water also finished morning time 30 minutes I waited for water no body come even I am not face wash not hand wash not fresh up very very bed service I suggest to all people and my company not gooo this hotel... very bed experience in my life

Not the place as seen in adv pictures. Untidy and cramped washroom. Bed too soft and noisy neighborhood. Whole night noise coming from nearby rooms with youngsters enjoying without limits
