Hi friends I just want to make you aware about this hotel I really had a bad experience few days back I have booked this hotel from one of online application and my booking was confirm but when I reached hotel the management and staff were behaving very badly and saying we can't give you room at this price and they are saying that you have local I'd proof and trying to making excuses. I strongly saying this don't visit this hotel location of the hotel is very scary and they don't know how to treat customers.

Excellent hotel..Although in crowded area of Paharganj, the scenario changed once I entered. As described (over phone) by Manager ketan, the hotel is excellent. Unbelievably, manager ketan and room boy dinesh are handling all work by themselves as most staff have left due to Corona. The best part was the customer service offered by these two. They are asset to the hotel.

Everything was quite good.nGood room.nLocation is close to railway station.nOnly the issue is food, Food taste not good.

Stayed for 2 days from 13/2 to 15/2. Locating the hotel in the Gali-ridden dingy alleys of Paharganj is a gamble. On top of it, touts and shady middlemen heckle you with deals from other hotels. But once inside there is an ambience of professional touch and quality. I was also provided an early check-in with nominal additional charges. Every thing was ok except my bathroom, which surprisingly did not have a cloth hanger. This is definitely a big minus. Also toilet flushes seem to run out of water often.
