I BOOKED A ROOM THROUGH GOIBIBO.COM in Hotel Pink City. For Deluxe Room. They have keep there room photos too nice in web site to attract guest. But as actual when my guest reached at hotel they were started rudely behaviour and given a very bad room not match in any photos as per website. Also they have given a on write that they will give a Railway station Pick Up And Drop facility in accommodate but they have not given that service also. They said that we will not send our vehicle to pick and drop at station. Also My guest stay 5 days even a single day they have not clean the room. Every day my guest repeated to clean the room then also they have not done. So kindly my humble request to all guest don't book your any rooms in this hotel pink city. Stay any other hotel so you can get satisfaction. In hotel Pink city Hotel Manager and staff is also not appropriate and no hospitality.

There's Staff behavior is very polite, also everything you want they arranged on urgent basis, room is also very clean and clear, very nice and very safe hotel .ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Room is quite good and accessories also very nice and clean. staff's behaviour is good too and reaction is friendly.such a good stay here
