The store is fine and adequately stocked.. During Corona times , its ones endeavour to wrap up things faster. However , for some reason the app billing didn't work properly so billed from counter , so basically we folded clothes twice (ourselves with no customer service help).. then u meet a guard , right after billing who takes all the stuff out for his recheck..nnI recommend , please install better security measures like tag pillars ... there is no point ensuring Social distancing like this

I am a big customer of the brand (customer since day one and have bought hundreds of things) but the standards have been falling in this particular branch. Last time I had an issue with the cashier giving the place a great rating to the place without asking me (he was doing this for all customers as we were not supposed to touch the feedback moniter) and this time there were no Rs.10 bags and they wanted me to instead buy a 40 rupees one for a small item. You have to really wait for someone to ask any questions, they all seem to be busy with everything but the customers. This time there was a long line during the peak hours and only one counter was operational. I requested that they open another one after waiting for 15 minutes but just got a blank look. The products are fine but the customer service is suffering.

One of the biggest stores of Decathlon in Delhi NCR. Place is pardise for all sports enthusiasts. The good thing is that most of the products are fairly priced. You can also pick your online orders from the store. Staff is friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable.nOverall recommended !!

An excellent place to buy sports products at reasonable prices.nnThe options for both outdoor and indoor sports are ample and you shouldn't be disappointed.nnThe store is on the ground floor of the mall and easy to get to.nnYou can pay online, via cash or via your card.nnGenerally there isn't much of a wait, but because of the pandemic there was a wait for us to get in.

The glass cube entrance is simply an amazing entrance experience which normally people don't use much as they enter the store via the mall from inside. The store along with the glass cube entrance was designed by ANA Design studio pvt. ltd., a reputed architecture, engineering and construction company in jasola, delhi. Their collection is pretty good and the rates are extremely reasonable. Moreover the quality they offer at such reasonable rates is unbeatable. It's better to use the decathlon app for billing as it allows to use to self add items and checkout without much fuss.
