I visited salvatore ferragmo DLF emporio yesterday , the team lead by kunal was very supportive and informative regarding my need,design & fitting . I really had good service from his team .nnIf we can get more collection and asian size shoe on specific design that would be amazing .nnAfter all I want to thank them for their helpful support and I purchase a very beautiful Gancini shoe in black . The boutique manager Abhinav Chandel is a rude and cunning person. Doesn't have manners and dont know how to behave with customers. It's sad that Fereagamo has hired him without any background checks. I had briefly worked with him in his previous brand Massimo Dutti where he literally mentally harassed me till I left . He misbehaves with women customers specially and lacks lusture in etiquette and manners. It's sad to see a prestigious brand hiring him.

The store staff at emporio outlet is very mean and arrogant. The after sales service is pathetic. One of the sales guy Mr Salman sold me a belt for 40k and didnt give me a bill for the same statijg foolish reasons and excuses and promised to email the same. We haven't received any invoice from the store despite endless reminders.Moreover, the phone nos mentioned on every possible platform for the store are wrong and does not exist. I would strongly recommend people to be careful while purchasing from emporio outlet.
