I stayed here during 2017 but still remembering.Very enjoyable, comfortable stay.Food quality, hospitality was outstanding. Best wishes.Recommended for some persons.

General manager - Kamaal Alvi is a very nice human being. He has helped us hosting our business meetings at Urbane banquet under a very short notice!

Peaceful- Zero hassle and comfortablenI have stopped experimenting with other hotels and like to stay here .nLocation: Hotel The UrbanenEllis bridge, next to Nagri Hospital.nThe check in and check out process was very smooth.nVery comfortable stay over all experience was good. It's an awesome place and in the heart of the city so everyone can reach easily.nThe place is clean and well maintained.nRooms are comfortable, clean and compact.nThe noise level is low, and this makes the place very serene. I love the morning chirps of birds and peacocks( I dont know where the peacocks are in Ellisbridge, but their symphony of peacock calls in the morning makes me very happy!).nThe ACs are well maintained, and overall, I get a peaceful and comfortable sleep at night.nBathrooms are clean, well maintained, and has a supply of basic toiletry of soap,shower jel, shampoo and shower cap, comb and hair dryer.nTowels were clean and fresh.nThey have a daily laundry service, which i cannot complain of.nFood: They have a restaurant and Banquet Hall. The restaurant service is awesome- and if you order food in room, the room service is prompt and courteous.nGenerally Indian , basic Chinese and continental food is served here.nIn special case they served Gujarati Food too.nRabdi and mix Bhajiyas were very yummy.nnQuality and variety of food in both the functions in very good rates.nThey serve a complimentary breakfast (1-Upma/Poha/Idli/Vada and 2-Parota/Puri/Cutlet/Curd/sambar/Chutney, 3-Fresh Fruits and juice,4- Bread and sandwiches made to order) which is good.nnI recommend this place- as it is no hassle, peaceful, clean and value for money. What more can a business traveler ask for..:-).nStaffs were so polite . SpeciallynMr. Kamal, Mr. Akash,Mr Shekhar were very kind well mannered.nThey did very good take care of my friends, family members and relatives.
