Hi Folks!! My experience is very bad and hence its your turn now to decide if you want to join TTEC if you're serious .Let me tell you my bad experience. I applied through indeed.com for job on 15th March,2021. I cleared assessment and got an email for appointment booking for my zoom call interview . I was shorlisted as per the feedback given to me by HR Bhavesh Ashar post my zoomcall session and was told that I would be receiving call for salary discussion. In the eve I got a call from the same HR stating that I had not cleared my assessment and hence would not be able to take me on board. Folks !!! I have everything on my email. Its common sense that without clearing assessment no one is forwarded for next round. TTEC waisted my precious 2 days if I would have given so much of time for any other company I would have been hired.nnTTEC IS THE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.. THANK GOD I CAME TO KNOW THE PICURE BEFORE I WAS BEEN HIRED.

HR is pathetic. She herself is not well versed with English at all and she rejected me due to Communication Skills and Overqualified. I am only Graduate. Is this over qualification and I had worked for 15 years as a Team Lead Coach in training team as well as in Operations and had been to UK thrice for transition. I had trained staff in UK since our HQ was at UK. If my communication would have been poor do you think I get a chance to visit there that too thrice....Very disappointing and partial behaviour of HR. Due to these nonsense staffs Company's reputation goes down. Its my humble request to the recruiting committee to recruit the candidates after proper investigation and assessment only...
